Project: Is a TEAL organization created by people or it is created by itself?

We would like to share and discuss our experiences, dilemmas, traps and our insights through our personal journey from orange to teal organization.
It seems to be a very exciting self-awareness process when many times we realize that we are regressing to our previous patterns orange way of working because of stressful thoughts (eg. what will happen without direct leadership, controll, precise processes, what is a teal meeting look like, how to share our fund among volunteers, projects and organization).
And it is always turned out that nothing wrong could happen.

6 years in NGO sector, 15 years OD experience. PCC coach, NVC trainer, Gordon trainer, Byron Katie the Work method. Keynote speaker of compassion and intimacy. Business consultant, trainer. Founder of PAF (Positive Attitude Formation) for a humanistic Healthcare Foundation. PAF is an NGO of 60 people built up on TEAL basis and working with hospitals.
