General cancellation policy

Conference tickets can be canceled under the following conditions:

• If canceled before 10th of March, 100% of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation between 10th of March -10th of April, 50% of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation between 10th of April-10th of May, 30% of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation after 10th of May we will refund 0% of the amount paid by the customer.
