Presentation: Waking Up, Growing Up and the Shadow

There still seems to be a lot of confusion about the Stages of Growing up and the State-Stages of Waking up. Even though it’s actually pretty clear and not so complicated to understand. The reason for this confusion is the Shadow! In general when I meet people, they either want to grow up or to wake up, but there is hardly anyone who wants both. In my presentation we will have a closer look at how the Shadow determines your choice of practice, your choice of community and your way of life to either keeping up the believe that you are in charge or the believe that you are not. I will also take a look at the world today and why growing up AND waking up is needed for a better world.

Fabienne joined the integral scene a long time ago and many years of a rigorous transformational process followed. In 2012 she was founder and board member of the Association for Integral Life Switzerland, where she was leading Shadow Groups, Retreats and Meditation for many years.
