Grief and Our Evolution of Consciousness
Grief is love. We do not grieve what we do not love. While we each walk our own path in life, the experience of loss, grief and letting go into dying and living is not unfamiliar ground for any of us.
It is a complex, multidimensional human experience with deep layers beyond what we typically associate with it. Grief offers us the opportunity for initiation into spiritual maturity, not only through loss and change, but through recovering from shame, trauma, co-dependency, addiction, or simply navigating all of life changes.
As we move through the transformational fires, we discover that grief opens our hearts to the vast, temporal nature of life and the density of identities are shed. We enter into liminal spaces where we can heal our relationship with the numinous and expand our states of awareness.
This talk will explore the what these five dimensions of grief and offer an experiential spiral flow grief ceremony process incorporating breathwork, active dreaming, movement and sound.
