Kara is a meshworker with The Hague Center for Global Governance, Innovation and Emergence and founder of THC Consult, France.   She has 10 years of experience training, facilitating and graphic recording for high level government, academic and non-profit clients around the world. Kara was initiator, catalyser and lead facilitator of the Ottawa Energy Collective Impact project from 2016-2019 combining her design thinking and sustainability leadership expertise to create meaningful collaboration on carbon dioxide reductions. Kara was the harvest facilitator and graphic recorder for Peace Weekend 2020, including Jude Currivan’s pulses of the Whole World View.  Kara is the initiator of the Spirit of Canada Dialogues Project, bringing hope to Canadians through connection, listening, and remembering who we are in heart-felt dialogues.

Kara is a joyful, calming, steady presence on any team, caring for the dynamics of feeling, energy, rhythm of meetings and organizational structure to ensure a continuous, uplifting, team flow.  She is often described as ‘magical’, bringing the power of silliness, accessing our own connection to wisdom and spontaneous healing.   Kara is a Canadian and now lives in France with her husband and two children.

THC Consult, France is associated with the Hague Center for Global Governance, Innovation and Emergence. We serve the emergence of heart-centered governance in the conscious business and global governance sectors. Our gift is strategically connecting and catalysing visionary local initiatives with the greater movement of global transformation toward humanity thriving in Life and Love. We graphically facilitate and depict the narrative of transformation, grounding and aligning participants beyond language.
