General cancellation policy

Conference tickets can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• If cancelled before 24th February 100% of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

• If cancelled between 25th February – 31st March, 80% of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

• If cancelled between 1st April – 27th April, 50% of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

• If cancelled after 27th April no refund is available.
