BENCE GÁNTI (USA/HUNGARY)
IEC director and main stage anchor

Bence Ganti, MA, is the founder and director of the Integral European Conferences, having been organized more than 10 global world conferences since 2014. Bence is an integral psychologist (M.A.) and clinical psychologist, an internationally known teacher of integral psychology. In Budapest, Hungary he founded in 2006 the Integral Academy which is a 3-year transformative adult education program on integral psychology. He directs the school for 18 years now.
Bence teaches both the theory and practice of integral psychology, connecting Western scientific psychology with Eastern meditative spirituality and other spiritual traditions. With this unified approach he trains individual therapists, integral group therapists, and facilitators of deep transformation. He leads integral retreats, which are deep transformational spaces, where people get initiated to higher stages of self, and go through deep shadow work.
His company organizes integral events and conferences. Bence also appears as a guest speaker and workshop leader in many countries in different continents. Integral theory is an evolutionary approach, that identifies the next stages of human development. With the integral approach Bence helps to create a better future for humanity.

Being a dual citizen of the USA and Hungary, Bence bridges cultures delivering keynote addresses, making presentations, and leading experiential workshops worldwide, including his version of a cutting-edge we-space practice called Integral Flow Experience. Based on this he has created the International Constellation Processes at the Integral European Conferences. In the USA he has thought integral psychology at Meridian University and San Francisco State University in California and at integral events at Bay Area Integral, Integral Center in Boulder, and the Integral Theory Conferences. Bence has been teaching also in Mexico, Colombia, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Greece, Russia, Ukraine, Sweden, Portugal, Bulgaria, and South Africa. He represented integral consciousness during the World Economic Forum week in Davos, Switzerland in 2019. Ken Wilber asked him to be the European coordinator of Integral Institute.

To honor the man who gave the world the integral vision, he teamed up with John Dupuy to create the Ken Wilber Gratitude Fund in Washington, D.C. and is currently serving as a fund trustee to thank Ken Wilber for his life work. For her, IEC is a huge adventure where she loves the staff members, adores talking to special, fantastic people.. Eszter graduated from the Integral Academy in 2023.
