Masen Ewald is a social entrepreneur, facilitator of spiritual practice and compassion, and Executive Director of A New Republic of the Heart, which educates and connects change agents in over 20 countries. He is dedicated to the emergence of heart-centered leadership that values inner development, compassionate relating, and collaborative action.

Masen is a certified Facilitator of Applied Compassion via Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education, co-creator of the State of Emergence podcast, a volunteer at Poor People’s Campaign and Climate Reality Leadership Corps, and co-author of The Holomovement: Embracing Our Highest Purpose (2023). He speaks publicly about the emerging field of “communities of practice” and the potential for greater collaboration across social movements and initiatives.
