Integral Academy Hungary is one of the deepest Wilber-based integral education systems that we know of today. This school is also the base from which we were able to organize IEC conferences from the beginning in 2014. We created this session for present and former INTA students and the volunteers, to offer an opportunity to talk to Ken Wilber directly and ask questions, via Zoom. The session is hosted by Bence Ganti.

This will be probably one of the deepest and most stunning experiences of IEC. Experience the power of the whole community in the number of hundreds, engaging into a constellation process, where the content of the constellation is global socio-political issues, like peace, war, collective consciousness and healing, Europe, and the other continents. The essence of constellation in gaining deeper understanding to issues that are important to us, and make factors seen and experienced that are below the surface. Bence Gánti created this International Constellation Process (also called World Constellation) at the 1st IEC in 2014, by combining constellation methods with Integral Flow work and applying it to crowd size groups like 200-400 people. Bence, together with a team of constellation therapists, will carefully select the issues (or „qualities”), which are present now, until May 2025. These are the main collective issues that concern people, and are in the international news. What if we could restructure the world, the soul of humanity? Why not use the opportunity of people coming together from around 50 countries, who actually live in those countries and realities? It is a rare and precious opportunity! After some deeply engaging warm up exercises, all participants will be invited to be representatives of previously defined roles, that will be revealed only there. You can be part of the constellation, or you can hold the circle for others with your attention, and be the sacred agent in the subtle field that is necessary for the hidden things to unveil. After the constellation part a flow-style unity experience with full freedom is to be expected, making this evening one of the most deeply connected experiences within the global integral community.

Ken Wilber speaks of finding radical wholeness. But what if it’s not only about finding—what if it’s equally about working our way toward it?

After 30 years of full-time, boots-on-the-ground work with people—as an integral psychologist, clinical psychologist, educator, and international organizer—I’ve come to see myself as the practitioner counterpart to Wilber’s theoretical contributions. My work has been deeply grounded in his developmental framework, yet rooted in the lived realities of personal transformation, group dynamics, and collective evolution.

To therapeutically navigate the inner terrain (“clean up,” “grow up”), while also walking a committed spiritual path (“wake up”), and then weaving both into a life of service, meaning, and evolutionary contribution (“show up”)—all while cultivating a livelihood that supports a good, balanced life—this, to me, is the real challenge of fulfilling the integral promise of wholeness.

It’s not just about transcendent insight. It’s about the integration of awakening with healing, development with embodiment, and vision with grounded contribution. It’s not only about radical wholeness—it’s about radically living it.

In this session, I will share key insights and practical guidance from decades of experience on this path—offering reflections for fellow practitioners, facilitators, and seekers navigating the challenges and possibilities of the integral era.

In this presentation I will share experiences of organizing the integral movement for 20+ years and what can we do for its future and health? Having been one of the lead organizers of the global integral scene’s main conference IEC, I feel that I might have some useful insights into question, that keep arising in almost all integral communities, in almost all countries, and also at our conferences. How to do an integral movement from the integral stage itself?

We invite its students now to enter together with the global integral world with Bence Ganti and Ken Wilber.
