GRANT, Jason MSc.

United Kingdom

After 20 years of working as a User Experience Designer and Consultant, Jason hit a mental wall in his life and career development around the age of 36. This lead him to a suicidal clinical depression, which he decided to face head on. He did this by using his Design Thinking toolkit, coupled with his research into Integral Theory to design a framework to holistically and systematically clear his mind once and for all. This process gave birth to the Fresh Mind programme in year 2017. To test the programme, Jason became the first ever test case for it. He gave the framework he designed to an integrally informed coach Anthony, who took Jason through Fresh Mind programme. Within 2 sessions, Jason’s clinical depression was gone. Within the course of the programme, Jason had a personal transformation which he describes as ‘miraculous’ and ‘incredible’. However, with the test sample of 1, nothing was proven. Since 2017 Jason has taken dozens of people through the Fresh Mind programme, creating similar kinds of results. Fresh Mind programme focuses on clearing up axis of human development, but as a knock on effect has significant impact on the waking up and growing up for those who choose to go through the programme. Jason is now working closely with the IAM (Institute of Applied Metatheory) as a Leader of Initiative Services to help form, structure and organise various initiatives which the Institute will be delivering. Jason continues to coach clients through Fresh Mind programme, helping those who are willing to deal with themselves …. deal with themselves, once and for all.
