Project: Listen with love – get straight to the heart. A simple experience in shifting posture

We will offer an opportunity to experience deep connection with another human being, and in so doing with yourself. This will be achieved through a very short explanation, and then direct practice. The practice will be facilitated with deep questions, that get straight to the point: what makes you you?

After experiencing resonance in a pair, we will come together to share our reflection on the experience in a collective group session.

The purpose is simple: to demonstrate how opening your heart can open the hearts of others, and how this can be done very quickly.

WHY? Because human connection is the basis of building wholeness both individually and collectively.
