Workshop: Agile Dynamic Game

The Agile Dynamic Game is a hands-on agile simulation that allows players to explore the need for cooperation through the lens of economic, environmental, social and meaning-centered crises and solutions. The goal of the game is not only to lead one’s own field out of dangerous situations and dynamics, but also to achieve sustainable global prosperity for all with the minimum intervention. The core of the Agile Dynamic Game is to identify emerging discontinuities that reshape not only the Earth as an ecosystem but also the humanity as a global society, and to solve them in cooperation. The game provides insights into human identity development, basic orientation and action strategies, current social problems, and deeply transforming trends and innovations.
Agile Dynamic Game improves the ability as a person, team and organization to recognize ambiguities and distortions in perception and interaction through a highly interactive environment with high-charged, sense- and action-oriented levels of reflection, and to come to meaningful cooperation through agile tools. By giving significance to the whole through constructive action and finding new creative solutions in cooperation, the players learn to deal confidently with the VUKA world out of apparent chaos.
