Presentation: Using Integrative Enneagram to become Future Fit
Ken Wilber acknowledged the Enneagram as one of the first “truly integrated models of the human psyche”, achieved by “combining the horizontal types of the Enneagram with a system of vertical levels of awareness.” (in Riso & Hudson, The Wisdom of the Enneagram). The Integrative Enneagram is a sense-making tool or framework that supports an integral approach to develop in-depth insight, self-knowledge and meta-awareness in individuals, groups, collectives and systems. This presentation will focus on sharing insights from Integrative Enneagram accredited practitioners to bring a value-driven approach, one of integrity, authenticity and inclusivity in working in real partnership with the client to deliver sustainable change. Domain-specific knowledge in the world of organisational change and development, management science, leadership development, team dynamics, and individual learning, growth and development are combined to work strategically with organisations, leaders and teams to build solutions that transform.
The case study will explore the following themes:
• How does the Enneagram support Integral practices in organisations?
• Exploring some of the rich lenses that anchor change and transformation in business?
• How do we develop and grow to create organisations that are more integrated?
• How do we use the Enneagram to shift culture that respects and draws on the current culture?
• How do we embrace the diversity of leaders to create practical insights?
About Anna-Rosa le Roux:
Dr Anna-Rosa is a registered Industrial Psychologist, Consultant and Researcher. She creates and delivers solutions in the OD and Change domain.
She served on the Executive of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa. She is an honorary Vice President of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
Anna-Rosa worked in the Corporate domain heading up portfolios such as Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Management.
