Shadow Work in Relationships

Ideally, you do shadow work for selfish reasons. You have reached a point where your life was simply shit and you really wanted to change something in your life or you wanted more of life!
Over time, however, you realize that working on yourself has an enormous impact on your relationships. Long-term relationships, for example, may end suddenly. The way you spend time with people and the reason to do so is changing.
This is the reason for my presentation. I want to show you what a relationship (romantic or friendship – it doesn’t matter at this point) looks like in which both partners practice radical shadow work. What is the potential of such a relationship? And where are the limitations? What are the pitfalls?

Aggression and the Shadow

Aggression is our driving energy. Without it, we do not know what we want. The facets and range of aggression are vast and powerful but often unsettling.
Suppressing this energy has resulted in shadow and inauthentic behavior for many of us. In this workshop, I will show you how this comes about by means of an emotional map. It illustrates in a simple way the mechanisms of not lived anger and the consequences of it. We will also do simple exercises out of Bioenergetics, which can release the rough physical blockades of anger.
In this workshop, I will give you some more clarity and confidence about this emotion. Only by integrating our anger fully we can continue to grow.
