Spiralling through Love and Power

The evolutionary drive towards Interdependence counters fragmentation and duality caused by the separation of Love and Power.” What happens when Love and Power are experienced as One? Using Spiral Dynamics as the structure, participants will experience Love, then Power, then LoveandPower through the spiral. How does this Love shift and Power shift inform us individually and collectively in how we take action in the world?

Love, Power & Purpose

What does a world look like, where love and power are united in service of purpose?
We invite you on a journey of exploration: What is power? What is power without love? What is love? What is love without power? And what emerges, when those two universal drives are united and this unification expresses itself in service of people and planet and the greater whole?
Let us explore these questions and co-create new narratives. Let us envision and embody this world. Let us put our minds, hearts, spirits and hands into service of people and planet, into service of wholeness, and into service of humanity’s future on Earth.

Differentiation of Holons: an Organizational Relev

Following self-organizing principles in an enterprise requires the shift from a power hierarchy to a holarchy – essentially a mirror of natural organizing.
The concept of holarchy in the context of self-organization, requires the understanding and differentiation between two distinctly different, yet deeply interconnected types of holons: the individual and the social holon.
An individual holon evolves without ever losing its “I-ness”. Its internal, self-organized dynamics decide its evolutionary development. A social holon, on the other hand, consists of members, each contributing to the “We-ness” of the holon and each with the potential to influence the collective activity in its own unique way.
Both types of holons have their own structures, rules, and processes, all geared towards keeping the holons alive and purpose-aligned. The rules and processes governing individual versus social holons are starkly different.
It is in this differentiation that we can truly begin to understand self-organizing in a way that serves humans AND the organizations whose purposes they energize, leading to enterprises that serve people and planet equally.
