Presentation: Cocooning Next Stage Learning Environments
28 years teaching experience in Higher Education shows an overview of generations and their changing needs. Millennial Generations need to connect to what is being learned to ignite their interest. Traditional academic formatted learning environments tend not to respond to the core needs of these Generations. Consequently they tend to shut down through engaging in the Virtual World, opening up a gap in human face-to-face experiences. Generations in charge need to consciously Cocoon Next Stage Learning Environments to be useful for those to come. Welcoming Environments of authentic communication, open heartness and nature connection are fertile grounds for Cocooning and Birthing Next Stage Learning Environments. These Environments need to spread within the traditional educational systems as long as they further exist, as well as in Emerging 2nd tier Academies. The duty of a Changing Wave is to focus on the New Generations helping them reveal their Highest Potentials. Examples.
