Education for childrens rights and democracy

The presentation and WS will give an overview about the deep meaning of the UN-childrens rights convention, experience its principles and let you find next steps for applying it to education. What can we do to realize the best interest of the child, protection, provision and participation in education – and support children to become citizens of their town, country and the word. To grow into a worlcentric society trough their different stages of development. How to put the content of higher stages and states into a smaller wordview and find the right words for it? Education has a big importance for the world children grow into. How can we create good relations, structures, competencies and attitudes for learning and living as human being?
Sonja Student works since 25 years in the field of school development, democracy and human rights. She writes articles and books and cooperates with other educational networks for a good future for the next generations. Childrens rights and democracy education have to be in the center of the development of school-culture und constitutions. They have to enable children from the beginning to co-create their word at each stage they are. Childrens rights are the responsibilities of us – the adults. Growing up and becoming wise adults and engaged human beings for the sake of everyone and the whole humanity and all living beeings is the best we can do for us and our children and grand children. Schools as learning fields need learning adults.

Co-Creating-Europe: Vision, Essentials, next steps

Co-Creating-Europe got an initial inspiration from the constellation work at IEC 2016. Spiritual teacher Annette Kaiser built a vision team together with evolutionary philosopher Thomas Steininger and DIA founder and social activist Sonja Student to co-create an new Europe with spiritual foundation in Prior Unity, worldcentric values like human rights, democracy, integral inclusion and social justice. They won a wider circle of change makers from many european countries like Bence Ganti, Anne-Marie Voorheuve, Elisabeth Debold, Barbara von Meibom and other engange people. 2020 CCE will be part of a global caravan for peace. Presentation and the workshops will inform you about the vision, mission und the next steps. We will deeply experience the essentials as a foundation for the change: Prior Unity, Deep Ecology, Universal Spirituality, Glocal in Solidarity, Evolutionary and Integral, Dialoigical, Freedom and Human Rights, Transsecular. At the end will will co-create the european part of the global caravan for peace in 9/2020 and inform the plenum about the results of our work.
