Project: Founding a teal school

This is the success-story of a group of persons inspired by the Frederic Lalouxs Book RO in Germany. In really short time we managed to develop a completly new model of teal schooltype. Working with purpose for teachers, selforganised, decisionmaking without consense , hierarchys or special methods of selforganization. Based on the concept to work on the adults competencies to be fully responsible for themselfs, be authentic and to have integrity. The huge resonance and great steps from dream to a real working school in only 3 years revealed the big power of this approach.
