Dynamic Presencing in the We-Space

In this session, Olen Gunnlaugson delves into his recent research and work in Dynamic Presencing with an experiential-led inquiry through the four life worlds of Dynamic Presencing. Olen illustrates how uncovering the deeper ground of presence that directly informs the We-Space opens up a powerful inroad for practitioners to access a deeper dimension of the We together by exploring the territory of the Real, the Witness, Essence and finally Source. This session is for those practitioners who are interested in exploring the depth dimensions of presence as a gateway into a more robust, embodied and lived into understanding of the We-Space.

About Olen Gunnlaugson

Olen Gunnlaugson is an Associate Professor in Leadership & Organizational Development within the Department of Management in the Business School at Université Laval, in Quebec City, Canada. His current research in Dynamic Presencing, We-Space practice and facilitation, as well as contemplative management skills and coaching have been published in several books as well as numerous international academic conferences.
