The Reinventing Organizations Map assessment tool helps coaches, trainers and business leaders make conscious decisions about the next step by providing a detailed, clear view of the organizational consciousness levels and its correlations to put the company into an upward spiral toward Teal.
Come and join us on this experiential workshop where you’ll draw your own organization’s consciousness map and can brainstorm with other integral minds how to move toward Teal or how to improve the open source assessment tool.

Integral Coach, Constellation and Workshop Facilitator, OD Consultant.
I am Peter Kemény, integral evangelist in personal improvement and organizational development. I have been facilitating and teaching the integral approach of psychodrama, bodywork, systemic constellation and peolple’s self-improvement for 8 years. I specialized in karmic and archetypical constellations and energy healing. I also work as an Integral OD consultant at Atlas Circle where we develop the Reinventing Organisations Map as an Integral assassement tool and method system. My purpose is to introduce the integral approach into society and especially at workplaces.
At this conference, we are giving a 45-minute introduction on the reinventing organisations map assasement tool. And I’m co-leading the European Constellation process with Bence Gánti, Prof. Dr. Barbara von Meibom and Diana Claire Douglas on Friday.
