News from Future Organizations in Russia

The intention of the workshop is to reflect together on what concrete «seeds» or stories through some of the most evolved companies from Russia might mean for the future of organizing.
During the workshop we will use the multi-log advice process* in three cycles:

Cycle 1 Key questions
We will learn what are the main practical difficulties, needs and questions that companies exploring future ways of organizing face in Russia, and reflect on how this relates to our experience in different countries.

Cycle 2 Stories with the soul
We will share stories that capture the essence of what is happening in the Future Organizations in Russia and conduct the multi-log advice process on how these stories can help participants co-evolve in their life and work context.

Cycle 3 Future directions
We will explore what ideas, initiatives and partnerships «want to happen», when we tune into this field.

Work experience
1. Over 50 strategic sessions each year for corporate clients (MTS, VTB, International Paper, Wrigley Russia and many others)
2. In 2004 – 2017 – about 4000 hours of individual coaching with top-managers and business owners
3. Since 2007 – teaching leadership in MBA programs and Universities ANE, MCF ITMO, SKOLKOVO
4. In 2008 founded the Russian Leaders Development Research Project
5. In 2008-2016 conducted more than 200 workshops on “Happiness in action”
