Terri O’Fallon PhD
Terri O’Fallon is a researcher, teacher, coach, spiritual director and designer of transformative containers and Kim Barta is an internationally recognized psychotherapist and speaker. They will take several presentations and workshops at IEC2018 in May.
Terri’s workshop features the theoretical underpinnings of the STAGES developmental model, based on a combination of Wilber’s work and the Loevinger Lineage of ego development, and how the theory supports the subsequent research. The three polar pairs of individual/collective, inside and outside, and inter/exterior that make up the Integral frame is used in a novel way to create perspective definitions, and a new understanding of the use of zones.
Participants will learn how emptiness and fullness is the basis of this model, how developmental stereotypes get propagated, and the repeating patterns that arise through making some clear distinctions from the orienting generalizations in the Integral Frame. The methodology for arriving at this theory and the subsequent research will be described.

About Terri
Terri O’Fallon is a researcher, teacher, coach, spiritual director and designer of transformative containers. She does ongoing research on the Integral STAGES developmental model which supports a MetAware tier with four later levels of development. Terri is a partner of Developmental Life Design, which creates programs based on the STAGES model. Terri holds Masters degrees in Special Education, in Spiritual direction and an Integral PhD in Transformative Learning and Change.
About Kim
Kim Barta is an internationally recognized psychotherapist and speaker. He works with the entire spectrum of human development from infants to the elderly and specializes in working with advanced developmental level individuals. Kim conducts workshops internationally on human development and the evolution of consciousness. He focuses on practical, embedded, experiential, embodied exercises that make a real difference in people lives, bringing the mystical to the ordinary for everyday bliss.
