Kim Barta is an internationally recognized psychotherapist and speaker and Terri O’Fallon is a researcher, teacher, coach, spiritual director and designer of transformative containers. Kim and Terri will be presenting several workshops this year at IEC 2018.

In this 2 part (3 hour) presentation Dr. Terri O’Fallon and Kim Barta team up to share with you both experience and research of the growth and development of human consciousness. How our consciousness reaches the greatest heights of wonder and crashes into the darkest caverns of despair. We will explore not only how to heal shadow issues, but how to use shadow work to help develop depth of soul…and how depth of soul can lead to advanced states and stages of consciousness.
Kim Barta will be presenting on the INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FAMILY, on Friday, 25th, 11:30-13:30 in room Catalonia.
This is an exploration of the internal and external WE SPACE. There has been a lot of talk about the WE space. But did you know that the external WE SPACE tends to mirror the internal WE SPACE? Did you know that when you shift the dynamics of the internal WE SPACE it changes the dynamics of the external WE SPACE. In this presentation, we will discuss the similarities and differences between the internal and external we space and the interaction between the two to make your whole life more rich and rewarding, deeper and more intriguing, alive and more engaging.

Kim Barta will present a workshop on LOVE: AN EXPERIENTIAL JOURNEY THROUGH TEAL AND BEYOND on Friday, 25th, 17:00-18:00, in room Marabella II.
In this workshop, we will explore and experience different ways people feel love from different perspectives. How beautiful love is from each-and-every developmental perspective and how we can enhance our positive expe-riences of love in our life journey. We will move through familiar ways we all experience love and how to expand those experiences. Then we will move into teal level understandings of love and how we can utilize wisdom from this advanced place to enhance our own experiences of love. Finally, we will dive into the mystical world beyond teal and explore the wondrous world of MetAware love.
Finally, Dr. O’Fallon will present on the latest levels of human development ever measured and give you a sneak peek into the future of human consciousness. In her workshop THE UNIVERSE OF ADVANCED HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS: THE FOUR LATER STAGES, Dr. Terri O’Fallon will walk you through the latest research on the frontier of human capacities. This will be a wonder-ful exploration of the MetAware world of consciousness.

Terri O’Fallon is a researcher, teacher, coach, spiritual director and designer of transformative containers. She does ongoing research on the Integral STAGES developmental model which supports a MetAware tier with four later levels of development. Terri is a partner of Developmen-tal Life Design, which creates programs based on the STAGES model. Terri holds Masters de-grees in Special Education, in Spiritual direction and an Integral PhD in Transformative Learning and Change.
