Gabriel Powell
Hosting Team Coordinator
Gabriel is the Hosting Team Coordinator for the Conference, an Integral Master Coach™ and facilitator for Coaches Rising online trainings. As an Integral practitioner, he is committed to his own personal growth and to making an impactful contribution to the realization of our full human potential.
Prior to becoming a coach, Gabriel led an exciting career as an author, educator, and consultant in the publishing industry. He brings a lot of experience, rigor, and heart to our team.

Heather Anderson
Heather is a Professional Certified Coach and Integral Master Coach™ and the founder and principal of Ascend Potential. She is passionate about creating spaces where people are comfortable being vulnerable and honouring their experience so that they can make discoveries, transcend that which is no longer needed, and chart new courses towards more open and integral ways of being. Heather brings to coaching and facilitation nearly 15 years of experience as policy leader and manager having led transformative change and complex policy files while working for the Government of Canada. She is currently an Associate Faculty member at the Canada School of Public Service. Heather lives in Ottawa, Canada, where she can often be found walking her dog, training to become a facilitator of Proprioceptive Writing ®, contemplating impermanence, gardening or baking depending on the season.

Steve Banks
Steve is an Integral composer, musician and workshop leader. He has performed with many ensembles from the London Symphony Orchestra to the Carnival Band. His major new composition, ‘Blue Pearl: A One World Oratorio’ is the first ever Integral oratorio. The world premiere will be on 14th May 2022 in London, and streamed online (for email updates, join the mailing list at Steve’s website). Steve runs workshops about Integral music, and also ‘Demystifying Mysticism’.
Andrea Barrueto
Andrea holds a PhD in sustainable development and is an Integral Master Coach™. Her passion is the human side of change. She works both as a coach with individuals but also with organizations in leadership and team development. She is the co-founder of Alpine Azure combining her passions for nature, mountaineering and personal explorations.
Her work gets supported by the embodied experience from over 20 years of being a student and practitioner of somatic techniques, meditation and yoga practices.
Today Andrea lives in Zurich with her husband and their children. In the mornings she works with coaching clients, deeply immersing in their challenges, while in the afternoons she dives into “being a mum”, curiously exploring earthworms between the potatoes.

Miriam van Groen
Miriam is a long-time Integral practitioner and Circling facilitator turned intentional psychedelic trip guide. After several years of teaching and coaching in higher education, a burn-out kicked off a journey of self-compassion resulting in a stage shift and a career shift. She now guides self-aware but stuck people who want to leverage a psychedelic experience for their personal (stage) development. She is a board member of the Dutch professional association for psychedelic facilitators, Guild of Guides, aimed at ensuring ethical, high-quality services.
She has presented and/or volunteered at all IECs so far. As a returning host and tech-host, she hopes to offer a welcoming, held space and seamless support for presenters and participants alike.

Janet Mrenica
Janet Mrenica (Ottawa, ON) is a grandmother, mother, and forager living in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, the ancestral traditional unceded territory of the Algonquin and Anishinaabe peoples. She is an Integral Professional Coach™ and a member of ICF. She is an accredited Climate Change Coach, trained in Neil’s Wheel, is active in the Global Climate Coaching Alliance (convening the local Canadian community circle) and is a local organizer with the Climate Reality Project Canada. Her career in public sector accountancy has led to a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant/Certified Management Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (UK).

Steffen Münzner
Steffen works as facilitator, coach, trainer and consultant. He assists people and groups to recognize patterns and to establish new manifestations of meaning. As part of the Time to Think faculty he certifies coaches and facilitators in the Thinking Environment approach. His sense making is also influenced by his experiences as a Scorer and Debriefer of STAGES assessments. He calls his work sometimes incisive interventions, what, in its simplest form, can mean that he just witnesses and marvels the unfolding being and doing of others in the moment. Currently he is particularly interested in how to overcome collective hybris.
Maud Raber
Maud is an Integral Associate Coach™, somatic developmental facilitator, trained Holacracy Coach, systemic constellations facilitator, and student of Integral Zen. She designs and hosts bodymindful practices and spaces where horizontal and vertical development meet (state and stage shifts) to individually and collectively enable embodying our next stage of being, meaning-making, relating and co-creating. Her work supports self-management, wholeness and evolutionary purpose to effectively emerge at work. She is passionate about fostering regenerative leadership cultures and organizational paradigms that shape the new world of work and society.

Dr. Anna Storck
Anna is a researcher, educator, entrepreneur, and innovator. In her 30-year career in the field of consulting, training and education, Anna has worked for several international brands, non-governmental organisations and renowned higher education institutions around the world. Always with the focus on: transformative learning and now on transformative blended learning.
