Saturday Night Show Up Show!

Dear IEC Friends,

come and show up on the Saturday Night Show Up! Show at 10 PM CEST here at IEC Online 2021!

After interviewing the Grace and Grit film director Sebastian Siegel and Wilber-protagonist star actor Stu Townsend we open the floor to all of you!

Bring something to show up with in 3-5 minutes. It can be something inspirational worth sharing, a short all group process deep or fun, singing a favourite song, tell a poem, dance in front of the camera, hold silence like a zen master, or anything that comes authentically from you!
