This page gives you an overview about the different ticket categories of the Integral European Conference 2016, as well as all extras and accommodation options you can choose from. Further down you will also find useful travel information. Please also check out our FAQ page or contact us if you feel stuck.
Like in 2014, our conference ticket prices take into account different economic zones. Our registration wizard will guide you through the steps of the registrations process and display your individual end price before checkout.
Conference tickets
FULL EXPERIENCE TICKET WITH TOUR- BEST VALUE (ALL INCLUDED)
The Full Experience Ticket includes
- the pre-conference workshops on Tuesday,
- the basic conference ticket,
- hotel accommodation, food
- and the post-conference tour.
It is discounted by 10% in comparison to single purchases (including discount on hotel and food costs). This discount can not be combined with other discounts.

BASIC CONFERENCE TICKET
The Basic Conference Ticket gives access to the main conference from Thursday to Sunday. Two coffee breaks per day are included as well as the food at the Gulyás Party on Saturday (for hotel guests). You can buy meal tickets HERE

DAY-TICKETS
If you want to participate only on certain days, you can choose individual Day-Tickets for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Two coffee breaks per day are included.
If you book Day-Tickets, conference food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and accommodation at the conference hotel is not included. You can order your meal HERE

Full experience
PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS
On Wednesday we will offer half-day and full-day pre-conference workshops. On Thursday we will offer half-day pre-conference workshops. Workshop presenter names and titles will be announced later.
You can purchase a pre-conference ticket to access those. Access is also included in the Full Experience Ticket.

WELCOMING BOAT PARTY
The first grand socializing event of IEC 2016 will be on a breathtakingly beautiful boat trip departing on Wednesday evening from next to the hotel at lake Balaton. Come and unleash the grand socializing experience with a dinner on the water and enjoy live spiritual music and a welcoming ceremony on the lake!
(Food is included for those staying at the hotel. For other guests an additional 13 € is to be paid upon registration at the boat. Drinks are not included in the price, non-alcoholic options are available.)

COMMUNITY TOUR
Enhance and deepen your conference experience by touring for 3 days through beautiful Hungary with integral friends after the main conference has ended. Hotel + breakfast for the 3 days are included in the price and don’t have to be booked extra. The tour ends at 4 pm in downtown Budapest. For details see our brochure.

We expect conference participants to stay at Hotel Azúr for several reasons. We have a contract with the hotel which allows us to use all of the hotel facilities (including the ballroom, restaurant and large wellness area) while we guarantee that a certain number of rooms will get booked with conference guests. In return the rates for rooms including all meals are very favorable for a four-star accommodation (115 € / day).
Having everybody in the same place will deepen the community experience of the event. We allow certain participant categories to choose other options, but this is the exception while staying at Azúr is the standard option offered in conjunction with the conference ticket. If you face financial hardship, you may apply for a scholarship seat.
FOOD
For all conference hotel guests breakfast, lunch, dinner are included. Apart from coffee breaks (that are open to all conference guests) drinks are not included in the price. There will be vegetarian and vegan options at the buffet. We will do our best to cater to your specific needs. The hotel kitchen prioritizes locally produced food from the region.
DOUBLE-ROOMS
Please note: In order to accommodate as many participants as possible, the default option for all participants is double-room. If you don’t specify a roommate, we will allocate you a same sex roommate. If you prefer to stay alone in a double-room it will cost extra. Prices include all meals.

We want to honor those who have told us they can’t come if we don’t allow them to look for a cheaper place to stay. We want to give everyone the chance to come, so we are now giving the option of decoupling the conference ticket from accommodation. We send you a list of the best cheap guest house rooms next to the conference venue in €10-25 / night range. We highly recommend you to use this to avoid higher tourist prices, being far from the conference venue or other hassle. Sign up HERE
The conference Hotel Azúr in Siófok is nicely located directly at the shore of beautiful Lake Balaton. Conference guests can take advantage of the extensive indoor and outdoor wellness area.

Travel details
Siofók is located at Lake Balaton, approximately a 1-hour drive from Budapest.
Arrival to Budapest by plane
The Liszt Ferenc International Airport (BUD) is located approximately 25 km from the city center. Cheap flights are available to Budapest from almost every European country. Flights from outside Europe will often transfer at a major airport, such as London Heathrow or Frankfurt, Germany. A flight from Frankfurt typically takes 90 minutes, and 2 hours from London or Moscow. International flights arrive at Terminal 2. Taxis and Airport Shuttles are easily available and are reputable.
If possible, exchange your money in the city rather than at the airport (the exchange rate is much better in the city than at the airport). A taxi into the city center will cost around 8000 HUF (25 EUR) and around 40% less for a shared Airport Shuttle Minibus (depending on traffic conditions). The ride takes approximately 35-40 minutes (depending on traffic).

Airport Transport organized by IEC
IEC organizes transfer for you directly from Budapest airport to Azur Hotel and back for half price of taxis and shuttles during the following timeslots:
Budapest airport to Siófok
Tuesday: 9 am, 10 pm, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm, 7 pm, 9 pm
Wednesday: 9 am, 11 am, 1pm, 3 pm, 5 pm,7 pm, 9 pm
Thursday: 12 am, 3 pm
From Siófok to Budapest airport:
Sunday: 4 pm
Monday: 6 am, 8 am
Please enter your data into our form so that we can plan the bus transport between airport and the hotel with the local provider. After you have signed up, we will contact you and confirm your seat. The price is 35 EUR or 45 EUR – depending how many people will be using the same bus. Payment will be handeled in cash in Siófok.

Option #1 Train
Airport — Bus 200E — Train to Székesfehérvár — Train to Siófok —-Walk/cab to Azúr
At the airport take bus 200E, you can buy your ticket at the driver for 450 HUF (1.5 EUR), or at a newsstand (or Info Desk) for 350 HUF, 1.2 EUR).
Travel till stop Kőbánya-Kispest P+R Station, it takes 20-22 minutes.
Bus 200E runs from 4:09 a.m. till 0:21 each 7-20 minutes.
From Kőbánya-Kispest go to MAV-ticket office (it is on the 1.st floor) and buy your train ticket for Siófok.
Take commuter train to Székesfehérvár, running time is 1:13.
Trains depart weekdays:
from 5:27-till 20:27 each hour.
The reasonable ones (with not too long changing times) are: 7:27, 11:27, 13:27, 14:27, 15:27, 17:27.
Connection train runs within 6-31 minutes from Székesfehérvár (their destination is: Nagykanizsa, Balatonszentgyörgy or Siófok)
Travel time from Székesfehérvár to Siófok is 45-50 minutes.
From Siófok train station/Bus to Hotel Azúr
You can walk, it is 950 meter, takes 12 minutes, or you can catch a cab at the station.
Walk: Go underpass, towards Balaton (lake/tó).
Walk along Indóház street towards the direction your train left (railway on your left, lake on the right handside).
After crossing the canal on a bridge, you reach a roundabout, there turn right (2nd exit) to Vitorlás street, the Hotel entrance will be on the left handside within 200 meters.
Option #2 Train
Airport — Bus 200E —-Metro3 —- Metro2 —- Siófok — walk/cab to Azúr
At the airport take bus 200E. You can buy your ticket at the driver for 450 HUF (1.5 EUR), or at a newsstand (or infodesk) for 350 HUF, 1.2 EUR) We advise to buy 2 tickets.
Travel till stop Kőbánya-Kispest metro station (last stop), it takes 22-25 minutes.
Bus 200E runs from 4:09 a.m. till 0:21 each 7-20 minutes.
At Kőbánya-Kispest metro station go to the metro (M3).
Take metro (M3) till Deák Ferenc tér.
Change to metro line (M2).
Go to the direction of Déli pályaudvar (Déli station, last stop).
(from Kőbánya-Kispest to Déli pályaudvar it takes 30-40 minutes, total journey airport-Déli Station is 60-90 minutes).
Buy your train ticket to Siófok at a cashier or from a ticket machine.
You need to buy “Fast supplement” also.
Take train to Siófok.
Trains run in each 1-1.5 hours. Train trip is 1h:20 minutes by direct trains.

Option #3 Bus
Airport — Bus 200E — Metro3 —-Bus to Siófok —- walk to Azúr
The direct bus service from Budapest to Siófok takes 1.5-2.2 hours.
At the airport take bus 200E. You can buy your ticket at the driver for 450 HUF (1.5 EUR), or at a newsstand (or infodesk) for 350 HUF, 1.2 EUR).
Travel till stop Kőbánya-Kispest metro station (last stop), it takes 22-25 minutes.
Bus 200E runs from 4:09 A.M till 0:21 each 7-20 minutes.
At Kőbánya-Kispest metro station go to the Metro (M3).
Take metro (M3) till Népliget, go to the bus station.
Buy your ticket at the ticket office.
Buses depart from Budapest-Népliget bus station to Siófok at 6:40 A.M, 6:45 A.M and 3:15 P.M.

From Siófok bus station:
1.2 km to Hotel Azúr.
Follow signs towards train station (állomás), along Széchenyi utca (street).
Turn left on Kálmán Imre sétány (promenade).
Cross the railway and from the bridge of the canal, the route is the same as from the train station.
