IEC Conference: 2025

Integral Community premiere of the short documentary film “A Triumph of Life” and a sharing circle with the director, writer, producer and one of the main protagonists, as part of a transformational live experience which will explore whether we meet childbirth as a trauma or as a triumph.

Film synopsis: A family experiences the triumph of life as they go through the process of natural childbirth.

Year of production: 2024.

Length: 25 minutes.

“A Triumph of Life” is not just any documentary film. It’s a deeply personal sharing without dialogue, a visual narrative, a visual experience in a meditative pace filled with contemplative images and accompanied with shamanic music. Whether you are expecting a child or plan to, or you want to revisit and reconnect to your own past experience or you just need to do it for the sake of your own personal growth or consciousness expansion, then come and take this journey with me towards more Wholeness both personal and collective.

POPHRISTOV, Boris

Bulgaria

Boris Pophristov (born 24 August 1983) is a Bulgarian documentary filmmaker, author and entrepreneur. His artistic pursuits began in photography in the late ’00s and evolved into writing and then filmmaking with his first feature documentary film “Umbilical Cord” released in 2022. The subjects of his films as well as other projects he is involved with are related to ecology, conservation of the natural environment and achieving wellbeing through positive social change. Boris Pophristov is married with 3 children, living and working in his homecountry – Bulgaria.

Boris’ first encounter of the Integral Theory was back in 2015 through the Bulgarian Integral Community and since then it has played a major role in his life from personal growth to business and artistic pursuits. He attended IEC in 2016 and based on what he learned and experienced there he built his IT company as a teal organization. Again spawned from the urge to share his integral approach in times it’s so much needed, his inspiration led to the documentary films “Umbilical Cord” (2022) and “A Triumph of Life” (2024) which approach the subjects of natural agriculture and natural childbirth respectively.
