✨Let’s CONSTELLATE and Develop YOUR WHOLENESS

Introduction

In today’s fast-paced and complex world, many seek deeper meaning and transformation. Drawing from Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory, this workshop – Let’s Constellate and Develop Your WHOLENESS – offers a hands-on approach to personal and collective growth. Through systemic constellation work, participants will engage with the stages of Wholeness: Waking Up, Growing Up, Cleaning Up, Showing Up, and Opening Up, exploring these dimensions experientially for profound insight and transformation.

Workshop Methodology

This interactive workshop uses systemic constellation work as its primary method, allowing participants to step into different roles and explore relational dynamics. The experience provides tangible, transformative insights into integral development.

Key methodologies include:

  • Systemic Constellation Work: Participants embody developmental stages and experience levels of consciousness and integration.
  • Guided Meditation: Facilitates mindfulness and higher states of awareness.
  • Practical Application: Group exercises and discussions help integrate insights into daily life.
  • LIP (Life Integration Process) Technique: A powerful tool for shadow integration and emotional healing. Through LIP, participants engage deeply with unconscious patterns and emotional wounds, facilitating deep release, acceptance, and reintegration of hidden aspects of the self.

Personal Experience in Trauma Work:

During the 2023-2024 earthquake in Hatay, Turkey, I worked closely with victims, providing trauma support. Drawing from this experience, I bring real-world insights into trauma healing, emphasizing the importance of showing up and bringing integral awareness to the world. Participants will gain practical tools for navigating personal and collective trauma, enhancing their capacity for empathy, healing, and social activism.

Expected Outcomes and Benefits

Participants will gain:

  • A deeper understanding of integral development and their place within it.
  • Tools for shadow integration and emotional healing, including the LIP technique.
  • Clarity on authentic engagement in the world with integral awareness.
  • A sense of wholeness, self-acceptance, and inner peace.

Why This Workshop?

This workshop offers more than intellectual learning; it’s an embodied, transformative experience. Participants engage in their own evolution, contributing to a broader movement of consciousness development. By integrating insights from trauma work in the field and powerful healing techniques like LIP, participants will step into their full potential, ready to navigate an evolving world with clarity, wisdom, and wholeness.

My Heartfelt Mission: Bridging Cultures

My Story – Leaving the Familiar Behind

Born in 1982 in a small village in Turkey, I moved to Switzerland at the age of 13 to live with my father. Suddenly, I found myself in a foreign family constellation – with a father I had not seen for seven years and a new stepmother whose language and culture were unfamiliar to me.

These challenging years deeply shaped my understanding of family and integration. I often felt like I did not belong and was bullied for many years on my school career. This sparked my desire to understand how integration can succeed. Education and human relationships became central themes in my life, which led me to become a teacher, especially in language education. However, my search for deeper healing eventually led me to systemic constellations and trauma work.

Integration – A Multifaceted Process

Integration is a multilayered process that requires more than just learning the language, obtaining a degree, or securing employment. I successfully integrated in many ways: I learned to speak the language, earned a Master’s degree in Didactics of Foreign Languages, and held a well-paid job as a teacher. Yet, despite these achievements, I never felt a true sense of belonging in Swiss society. I was constantly trying to survive in Swiss culture, yet something was missing. I always felt incomplete, as if I was not good enough.

Over time, I realized that true integration goes beyond external success—it also requires emotional and systemic balance. Factors such as living conditions, health, family situations, financial and social security, and opportunities for connection play an essential role. Most importantly, integration is about embracing one’s origins. Only when I learned to nourish my Turkish roots and acknowledge my background did I start to feel whole. Through constellation work, I understood how vital our roots are and where we draw our strength to achieve true fulfillment.

My Journey into Constellation Work

Constellation work is a powerful method for achieving inner peace and personal freedom. It reveals hidden entanglements and provides deep insights into family and cultural imprints. Through this work, people can identify and release blocking patterns, allowing them to fully realize their potential. I have witnessed how inner conflicts are healed, limiting beliefs are transformed, and new perspectives emerge. This method is particularly valuable for people living between two cultures who feel trapped in their identity or identities.

My Path as a Teacher – What Children Need is Connection!

As a teacher, I witnessed how tensions between students, parents, and educators placed a burden on children. Many difficulties in the school environment stem from family dynamics. I decided to work more closely with parents rather than focusing solely on the children. Often, this approach led to improved behavior and academic performance. I realized that true change must begin at the root.

My Mission

After the devastating earthquake in Turkey, which claimed over 100,000 lives in February 6th 2023, I became acutely aware of how deeply my identity is connected to my roots. I realized that I only feel whole when I consciously integrate the resources of both cultures. This experience reinforced my work: I support people with bicultural backgrounds in overcoming their inner conflicts and unlocking their full potential.

This event led me to travel to the earthquake-affected region for several months. I lived with the people in tents, shared their struggles, and provided them with a safe space to confront their traumatic experiences. Through constellation work, many affected individuals found deep emotional healing and discovered new paths for themselves – a process that is often not self-evident in Turkish culture.

Challenges for People Living Between Two Cultures:

  • Prejudices against the new culture
  • Lack of role models for navigating cultural conflicts
  • Feelings of non-integration and limited opportunities for personal growth
  • Fear of betraying one’s own culture by adapting

Constellation work offers a transformative way to recognize and resolve these inner conflicts. An example from my practice: A woman who had been living in Switzerland for 20 years believed she could only marry a Turkish man because her parents had instilled this belief in her. Through a single constellation session, she was able to dissolve this inner block and open herself to love. Today, she is happily married to a Swiss man.

Constellation work provides clarity, strengthens one’s identities, and enables people to embrace the best of both cultures – leading to a free and fulfilling life.
