What are IYG and IYO
Integral Youth Gatherings (IYG)
IYG is an annual in-person event designed for integrally-minded young people between 18 and 42 years old. These gatherings take place every year in Europe and last for five days, offering a unique opportunity for participants to come together and co-create spaces and workshops conducive to their unfoldment. This year marks our 3rd edition, which will be held in Poland in May 2025.
Integral Youth Online (IYO)
IYO is the online counterpart to the IYG gatherings, providing a space for connection, learning, and co-creation throughout the year. Between the annual gatherings, we connect regularly to cultivate a sense of community, mutual support, and shared exploration of integral practices.
Together, IYO and IYG offer a powerful, interconnected ecosystem that empowers young integralists to connect and embody integral values in all aspects of their lives.
IYO/IYG: A Community Embodying Turquoise Qualities
Many current integral communities focus on personal growth and learning, often fostering independent journeys. In contrast, this community emerged from the desire of young integralists to connect deeply and foster co-creation. The vision, shared principles, and structure of the space align with this intention, organically allowing the emergence of Turquoise qualities.
Here are some aspects of the community that seem to resonate with Turquoise:
Authentic Relating and Mutual Support
While encouraging self-responsibility and personal freedom to choose which activities to engage in, participants are also encouraged to express their emotions and needs authentically, fostering mutual support. Members are invited to share their vulnerabilities and strengths in a safe environment, building trust and deep connections.
Co-Creation and Shared Responsibility
The community thrives on collective agency, where members co-create events and intuitively step into different roles when suited. This fluid leadership encourages shared responsibility, enabling the group to grow together.
Embodiment and Intuition
We create space for practices that go beyond the intellect, including various embodiment techniques and meditations. These practices allow us to connect with our full humanity and better access our intuition.

IYO/IYG’s principles are adaptable and evolve through co-creation and mutual feedback, viewing the community as a dynamic organism rather than a rigid structure.

A Unique Integral We-Space for Youth
Many members of IYO/IYG have faced isolation and loneliness due to a lack of opportunities to connect with peers who share their integral perspective, especially those in similar age groups. IYO/IYG offers a distinct space within the broader integral landscape, where young people can not only deepen their understanding of integral theory but also authentically connect, support one another, and co-create.
Engaging and Empowering Younger Generations
IYO/IYG provides an innovative opportunity to involve younger generations (Gen Z and Y) in integral practices through co-creative experiences that empower them to actively contribute to the evolution of the integral community.

Even without advertisement, IYO/IYG grows year after year, attracting more individuals who are committed to living integral values in a shared space.
