At the intersection of integral development and contemplation, Meli Schneider supports young heart-centered leaders and entrepreneurs through their most profound evolutionary edges. As co-founder of the Integral Life Design Lab, she plays with innovative approaches that weave together multiple lines of development to help clients create a more fulfilling life.

Drawing from her MA in Psychology from Columbia University’s Spirituality Mind Body Institute, Meli integrates developmental theory and embodied practice in her work as an Integral Professional Coach. Since 2020, she has supported visionary entrepreneurs and healers across sectors, including business and education.

Meli serves as Organizational Development Manager at the Center for Spiritual Imagination, whose main project is the Community of the Incarnation, a New Monastic community practicing life as monks in the world through rhythms of prayer, ongoing conversion of life, and responding to the cry of the poor and the earth.
