Project: Envisioning your Teal Organisation through the lens of Appreciative Inquiry

We are going to use appreciative inquiry (A.I.) and the 4D model in order to help participants discover their strengths more deeply, imagine their ideal teal future and start designing or re-designing their first (or second) next actions. (A.I.) focuses on potential, improves organisations and individuals by finding out what is working well. It aims at getting the best out of people who are engaged in a system or a situation. Appreciative Inquiry is a strengths-based, inclusive and actionable approach towards large system change and development. It works on the premise that every organic system has some inherent generative forces which, when amplified, unleash positive energy and enable collective commitment.
Depending on the amount of the participants, the group dynamic architecture will be based on methods that promotes the collective intelligence and inspires the participants. We will work in pairs, small groups and in plenum, with some moments of silence and meditation in between

He is leadership development & process facilitator, trainer, psychologist, speaker. He designs and implements EU projects in the fields of leadership development and strategic planning, and uses eclectic appreciative approaches in public & private sector in order to promote effective communication, individual and collective process development. He is also trained in Systemic Consultation, solution focused & cognitive behavioural approaches, methods of participatory design, Spiritual Intelligence
