Introducing the Hosting Team
Dear IEC Friends,
let us introduce to you the fantastic team of hosts who are truly a cornerstone of this wonderful online event!
Hosting Team Coordinator
Gabriel is the Hosting Team Coordinator for the Conference, an Integral Master Coach™ and facilitator for Coaches Rising online trainings. As an Integral practitioner, he is committed to his own personal growth and to making an impactful contribution to the realization of our full human potential.
Prior to becoming a coach, Gabriel led an exciting career as an author, educator, and consultant in the publishing industry. He brings a lot of experience, rigor, and heart to our team.
Heather is a Professional Certified Coach and Integral Master Coach™ and the founder and principal of Ascend Potential. She is passionate about creating spaces where people are comfortable being vulnerable and honouring their experience so that they can make discoveries, transcend that which is no longer needed, and chart new courses towards more open and integral ways of being. Heather brings to coaching and facilitation nearly 15 years of experience as policy leader and manager having led transformative change and complex policy files while working for the Government of Canada. She is currently an Associate Faculty member at the Canada School of Public Service. Heather lives in Ottawa, Canada, where she can often be found walking her dog, training to become a facilitator of Proprioceptive Writing ®, contemplating impermanence, gardening or baking depending on the season.
Steve is an Integral composer, musician and workshop leader. He has performed with many ensembles from the London Symphony Orchestra to the Carnival Band. His major new composition, ‘Blue Pearl: A One World Oratorio’ is the first ever Integral oratorio. The world premiere will be on 14th May 2022 in London, and streamed online (for email updates, join the mailing list at Steve’s website). Steve runs workshops about Integral music, and also ‘Demystifying Mysticism’.
Andrea holds a PhD in sustainable development and is an Integral Master Coach™. Her passion is the human side of change. She works both as a coach with individuals but also with organizations in leadership and team development. She is the co-founder of Alpine Azure combining her passions for nature, mountaineering and personal explorations.
Her work gets supported by the embodied experience from over 20 years of being a student and practitioner of somatic techniques, meditation and yoga practices.
Today Andrea lives in Zurich with her husband and their children. In the mornings she works with coaching clients, deeply immersing in their challenges, while in the afternoons she dives into “being a mum”, curiously exploring earthworms between the potatoes.

She is a board member of the Dutch professional association for psychedelic facilitators, Guild of Guides, aimed at ensuring ethical, high-quality services.

His sense making is also influenced by his experiences as a Scorer and Debriefer of STAGES assessments. He calls his work sometimes incisive interventions, what, in its simplest form, can mean that he just witnesses and marvels the unfolding being and doing of others in the moment. Currently he is particularly interested in how to overcome collective hybris.
