Integral’s Charismatic Presence: Intersubjectivity

IEC Conference: 2025

Intersubjectivity is the subtle, tangible connection that arises between two or more individuals, emerging from their shared awareness of the underlying energetic field. For those new to Integral Theory, this experience provides an accessible and impactful entry point—offering a memorable introduction while temporarily setting aside the complexities of meta-theory. Experienced clinicians skillfully harness this energetic phenomenon into a networking platform to spark co-creation. Events such as IEC and ICON highlight the importance of prioritizing these experiential encounters over purely academic frameworks. But what exactly are the highly skilled practitioners doing to cultivate this field? Become aware of your own and others unique capability during this conference. Notice how you show up in each interaction or practice and whether-or-not you feed the resonant energy. Pay attention to how your awareness shapes your contributions and influences the collective experience.
