Changing

IEC Conference: cancelled

Changing – experiensing what’s happening in a simple meditative exercise.

Accepting, denying, reconciling were three basic movements that the great Sufi Gurdejeff worked with.
Even in everyday life we are confronted in any relationship with the conflict of being pleased, thus opening up, or being offended thus turning away, feeling like running away, or the mature action of pondering about the whole thing and opening up again.

Playing with the three stages can give us deep insights into our patterns.

awakening vision: my thoughts are responsible, observing and crafting them was essential. I had one wish before I die: I wanted to learn how to live.
And I had no idea how to be a woman. Consequently my path brought me from the warrior to the lover and to die before you die.

Without outside guidance except my spiritual one, I followed my heart and learned to trust.

If you feel called come and meet me at the IEC. This year I will offer two workshops together with Rita Varga.
I have been teaching applied spirituality at INTA from its very beginning.
I have also founded the self healing training: ‘Balance the 7’

Considering herself a constant student from life and death, she studied Central Asian Music Therapy, Dance and Sufism. She is a member of a closed medicine society in North America. Two 40 days fasting retreats and one 50 day retreat enriched the knowledge of the heart’s wisdom and the profound art of loving oneself and others. She developed the training “Balance the 7” in which she integrates ancient wisdom and modern life.
