Integral Psychology of the chakra system – Growing up and waking up through the seven centers of consciousness

I aim to present a universal perspective on how our existence unfolds according to a divine law, guiding us through different stages of consciousness.

My goal is to explore the deep connection between the chakra system and human consciousness on the path of growing up and waking up.

I seek to illustrate how we can cultivate balance between the body, mind, and soul,  and become more attuned to our own physical and spiritual well-being.

I have sought to uncover the deeper interrelations between spiritual traditions and religious systems by weaving these insights together with Wilber’s perspective, I aspire to offer a holistic and comprehensive view of human development.
