Active Consciousness Meditation (Ananda Mandala Meditation) is a dynamic practice combining meditation and breathwork to enhance self-awareness, emotional release, and clarity. This 90-minute session guides participants through breathwork and visualization techniques focused on the seven chakras, activating kundalini energy for deep transformation.

I’m Santoesha Tjietaman, a seeker, a feeler..

My journey has been one of deep transformation—learning to trust myself, embrace my emotions, and reconnect with the wisdom within. For a long time, I searched outside of myself for answers, until I realized that everything I was looking for was already inside me. That realization changed everything.

This is why I do what I do. I know how it feels to be disconnected, to carry emotions that feel too heavy, to long for a sense of belonging within myself. And I know the power of coming home—to my breath, my body, my truth. Now, my mission is to guide others on this journey.

Through breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and  Holstic Coaching, I create spaces where people can slow down, feel safe, and truly listen to themselves. My passion is witnessing people awaken to their own power—helping them release what no longer serves them and reconnect with the deep peace and trust that have always been within.
