Decoding Characters through Integral Theory

IEC Conference: 2025-pending

Join us for a fascinating deep dive into the psychological and developmental evolution of iconic fictional characters! Using Integral Theory, with a special emphasis on Spiral Dynamics Integral (SDi), we will explore the hidden layers of protagonists and antagonists from movies, TV series, literature, and comic books.

What drives their choices? How do their worldviews evolve? What deeper transformations shape their journeys? Through an engaging mix of analysis and discussion, we’ll uncover the value systems that define their actions and reveal how these insights apply to real-life personal and collective growth.

Whether you’re a fan of compelling stories, a writer looking to craft rich, multidimensional characters, or simply curious about the psychology of transformation, this workshop will change the way you see fiction—and yourself! Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to bring a fresh, integral perspective to the stories you love.
