As we stand at the culmination of an exploration into the diverse, intricate, and deeply transformative landscape of we remember insights from Jung and spiral dynamics and realise that one truth emerges: growth is not a singular journey but a convergence of many paths. Much like a carefully curated smorgasbord, each approach, modality, and intervention presented in this workshops is an offering-an invitation to explore, to taste, to integrate what resonates and to leave behind what does not serve.
The voices that will fill the space will be supplemented by the wisdom of elders to the stories of contemporary transformation, that remind us that integral work is not simply about methodologies; it is about human experience, the unfolding of potential, and the shaping of consciousness. Whether through systems psychoanalysis, sensory-based interventions, or deeply embodied leadership journeys, the underlying principle remains the same-lasting change is not imposed; it is cultivated, nurtured, and ultimately embraced by those who embark upon the path.
In this workshop participants will have the opportunity to consider wisdom from Spiral and Jungian coaching, enhance their ability to consider new ways of doing human better and apply age old wisdom to self and others.
A 2,5 hour workshop is presented on the concepts of Jung and Spiral Dynamics with the focus on assisting participants in applying second tier thinking to complex problems. The ability to do human better will be stimulated as we explore Jungian coaching on individual and group level to support individuation and wholeness as well as deal with the transitions and paradoxes on the spiral in an attempt to include and transcend.
