Landing is a condensed, personalized inner movement (or ‘practice’) to care for our body/mind/spirit, get into ideal state, remove blocks, and arrive fully here.
We will start with splitting into pairs and having some rounds of shares that we have found support landing (good news, moods, etc). From there, there is an open space for whatever supports each participant to feel even more fully landed:
- Some might need more attention in body, and want to get some light movement.
- Others might want to clear their mind of ‘pendings’ and finish up some tasks (e.g., in their computer).
- For some, meditation and sinking in might do it.
- For others, connection might be beneficial.
- Finally, some might feel alive to take action (e.g., on their business).
A beautiful space is created as people tend to infect each other with the beautiful qualities they sink into and embody.
For participants that feel autonomous, this can also serve as an open space for self-stewarding however their inner wisdom guides them.
