A very simple practice consisting in following the body’s spontaneous movement, without anticipating, leading or hindering it. It begins with the intention of fully accepting all there is in you and beyond you. In silence, no music, no words, you follow the thread that your body proposes: sometimes very fine, sometimes very powerful, laughing, crying, stillness, whatever comes. Nothing “automatic”, just full presence to what comes and goes. There is a time for integration at the end.
This is a healing, re-centering and re-balancing practice. You enter a very intimate relationship with yourself, without effort, control or will. You may enter a tangible space of fullness within, where Being takes over. “Many practitioners see latihan as a way of direct access to a mystical experience that is compatible with a busy modern lifestyle “(Wikipedia)
A good start to a luminous day of sharing who you are in peace and trust.
