We present our research and work experience that is just about to be published in the book: “The Human Organisation” in spring 2023.

To the audience of IEC, we will speak about following themes:

– Introduction into our work

– Overview of the four industralisations in order to understand where we come frome, where we are and where we want to go

– Definition of humanness

– Present our Modell of the “Culture of humanness” and which part-cultures it consists of and therewith give direct inspiration, how the audience can start working on more humanness in their organisation right away.

There will be room for discussion and exchange for the audience. If there is time, we have many tools and workshops ready that we can share with the interested audience.

 

BARRUETO, Andrea Dr.

Switzerland

Dr. Barrueto has worked over 10 years in international sustainability, natural hazards and climate change. She excels in bringing international partners and local communities to technical, sustainable and capacity-building solutions. In addition to her science degrees, she has several complimentary credentials including Master coaching certifications and a degree in change and innovation management.

Andrea co-founded Alpine Azure, combining her passions of nature, climate and personal explorations. Alpine Azure offers Swiss mountain expeditions for women-only, co-ed teams and organisations to strengthen well-being, inspire personal development and reengage leadership skills. In her work as a consultant, she successfully supports clients in team building, change management and cultural development. She is the co-author of the book “The Design of Human Organisation” and “Job Crafting – make work better” published in 2023 and 2024. Apart she lectures at different universities leadership and change management and coaches selected clients in both German and English toward reaching their professional and personal goals. Currently she works on a mandate as a co-director supporting the transformation of three schools moving into a new building AND changing the way of teaching.

Andrea lives with her family in Switzerland.
