This short conscious movement workshop will provide a safe environment to explore relationship dynamics through the body.

Are your relationships loving, compassionate and exciting?  OR are you repeating the same patterns over and over? Living in the past? Fearing intimacy? Getting stuck in dead ends? Is showing vulnerability a challenge? What are your relationship blind spots?

Harmonious relationships are something we all desire and yearn for. Humans have a deep-rooted desire to connect and to be witnessed. In this workshop we will move through hidden relationship stories and reset the body into a state of balanced giving and receiving.  Feeling whole and not fragmented requires effort and remembering. Ride the wild waves of relating.  Let your heart become an ocean with no shore.

Self and other are not really separate, there is one force moving through all of us. Our work is to remove the obstacles of separation.  This focused exploration has innumerable rewards: Lightness, wisdom and expanding into new possibilities are just a few.

This is a mini movement workshop about money, the body and it’s greater meaning in our lives. We will explore and move with the energy of money and our long history to it.

How would you describe your dance with money? Fluid, Fiery, Chaotic, Light, Still? What happens inside your body when you meet the energy of money? Is it a YES? A NO? OR a MAYBE? The only reason we need money is because we have a body. Money represents food, clothing, shelter and medicine. It was originally created to make life more efficient, but it has become humankind’s greatest identity. In evolutionary terms, our bodies, hearts and minds have not caught up and integrated the concept of money. There is a separation. Our work together will be to integrate the spiritual with the material.

We will use music and movement exercises to unravel the money stories hidden in the body and begin shifting them. The embodiment work will assist us by releasing unconscious limiting beliefs and begin a shift towards new beliefs and behaviours so that we, as individuals, and our organizations can thrive in greater abundance and prosperity.

Learn the various ways of relating to money – dependence > independence > interdependence.
