Rewriting Your Story: Beyond Attachment Trauma

IEC Conference: 2025-pending

Sometimes it is difficult for us to understand why we keep repeating one behavior or another in our relationships. How deep are these patterns and why are they so ingrained?

Would you like to learn more about dysfunctional attachment styles that may have nothing to do with you but have been passed down through generations in your family? Would you like to get out of these systemic entanglements and attachments?

In this talk, you will learn more about the basic principles of transgenerational trauma and epigenetics. You will be given sustainable solutions on how you can finally find your way out of these seemingly endless spirals and repetitions.  The time and method has come to let go old and sometimes inherited patterns and belief systems in a trauma friendly way and start new fulfilling relationships in the here and now.

At the end of the workshop there will be a resource meditation to nourish you with inner abundance and lightness for the time of the integral conference.

Born 1975 on a farm brought me into my first life profession of being a trained vet. That followed a 17-year career at the University of Munich as a scientist and lecturer in the field of physiology and immunology. Personal challenges, dealing with getting triplets and a divorce, got me into personal development, opening a complete new field of getting trained in psychotherapeutic and coaching methods. This led to my current profession and vocation being a healing practitioner, working with two major methods. A body-reset-program using healing fasting with the focus on intuitive eating in the build-up phase after fasting. And a mind-reset-method, the doletiontherapy, which merges effectively all methods of letting go negativities of the past to start life in the here and now. Both I use for my patients/clients, and I also offer both modules as training program for professional therapists and coaches.
