Layers of Being – Bodywork Workshop

IEC Conference: 2025

Layers of Being – An Embodied Journey Towards YourSelf

You are your breath, your movement, your body, your mind… You are the underlying field behind all layers. In this workshop, we invite you to explore the multifaceted layers of your being through Bodywork®, a somatic group practice supporting self-growth. By engaging with body, movement, touch and space, we open the possibility of reconnecting with the innate wisdom within, allowing the simplicity of the present moment to reveal the interconnectedness within and without.

Rooted in transpersonal psychology and a nondual view of the human being, Bodywork® guides you to witness what moves — moment by moment — and to embrace the wholeness of your existence.

How many layers of your being will reveal themselves as you open yourself to the flow of your breath and movements? What is your pathway towards yourself and how does being connected to others and the outside world inform your self-perception? Join us on this experiential journey towards  yourself to embody the fullness of who you are in the here and now.

KADLICSKÓ, Lőrinc

Hungary

I am Lőrinc Kadlicskó, a philosopher and a Hungarian Bodywork® group leader in training with a decade of experience in self-development. My journey is deeply rooted in the exploration of the intersections between body, mind, and soul, enriched by my studies in philosophy, martial arts, and years of dedicated meditation practice. This unique combination allows me to approach personal growth and healing from a holistic perspective, integrating physical, intellectual, and spiritual dimensions. Through my work, I aim to facilitate transformative experiences that help others reconnect with their innate wholeness and embody their fullest potential. In my groups, I guide participants toward a non-dual state of awareness, where the boundaries between self and other dissolve, revealing the profound unity of existence.
