Join us in a transformative workshop to create safer spaces where you can authentically express yourself and connect more freely with others. Learn tools to embody your sovereignty in complex relational dynamics by communicating your needs, desires, and boundaries while deeply listening to others. True consent requires clarity—knowing the meaning, context, and potential consequences of an action. To support this, we experiment with a playful tool: a list of questions – underlying the letters RBDSM – that fosters meaningful conversations around connection, intimacy by reducing shame and making it exciting to share about your desires. As complex beings, we often hold conflicting inner voices. This workshop will help you honor these voices, understand their differing speeds of processing, and cultivate compassion for yourself and others when things don’t unfold as expected. Through embodied practices, we’ll explore how consent manifests physically and emotionally. Let’s meet ourselves—and each other—with curiosity and playfulness!
