In a time of polycrisis, our survival depends not only on systemic change but also on transforming the inner landscapes that shape our decisions. In this talk, I share insights from my fellowship research at the Research Institute for Sustainability (RIFS) in Potsdam: Transforming Business – Redefining Profit-Driven Models for Sustainable Impact. This work explores how businesses can evolve from linear, extractive logics to regenerative models that honor complexity, relationship, and long-term wellbeing.
I also present case studies from Tianmei’s World Academy—a decentralized “network of classrooms” I founded that blends inner development, environmental design, and collective intelligence to help people reclaim authorship of their lives and work. This session invites practitioners and changemakers to reflect on the inner architecture of capitalism and what it takes—practically and spiritually—to redesign our environments, organizations, and selves for a regenerative future.
