Polarity Wisdom™ for Integral Life Design

IEC Conference: 2025-pending

What if the qualities you resist the most actually hold the key to your next breakthrough in life?

Every time you lean harder into your familiar strengths to break through, you find yourself hitting the same old walls. But transformation doesn’t come from doubling down—it comes from integrating the very qualities you’ve been resisting.

These seemingly opposing forces hold hidden wisdom that’s crucial for mastering the art of conscious life design. When brought together, they create something greater than the sum of their parts.

In this immersive 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll discover the power of embracing seeming opposites. Through guided somatic practices and dynamic group exercises, you’ll explore the hidden wisdom in life’s natural tensions.

You’ll learn to recognize when your core strengths may be overused and access their complementary powers. This isn’t theoretical—it’s an embodied experience where you’ll map your unique gifts through movement and reflection, practice new “moves” for challenging moments, and learn to dance with life’s inherent tensions.

Join us to discover how embracing “both/and” thinking can transform your relationship with yourself and your life path. Participation is limited to 20 participants.
