Bruce Alderman is the Associate Director of Blue Sky Leaders, a leadership development program integrating integral and metamodern approaches to governance, self-transformation, and global problem-solving. He is also an instructor for the Consciousness, Psychology, and Transformation program at National University, and a researcher with the Institute of Applied Metatheory. His recent white paper, Polarization and the Algorithmic Undertow, examines how digital algorithms create self-reinforcing epistemic silos, shaping political realities and institutional decay. In addition to his academic work, he runs the YouTube channel, The Integral Stage, and consults for LeadershipMaturity.ai, a start-up developing AI-driven developmental assessments for leadership training, aligning AI technologies with psychological and cultural developmental models.

Tamas helps individuals and teams work and live from high-performance states of consciousness, using cutting-edge scientific tools such as AI-based neurofeedback. After a decade in cognitive and neuroscience research, a PhD in AGI (core contributor to the first computer model of functional consciousness), and leadership experience in management and AI consulting at McKinsey and Amazon, as well as years of study with senior meditation master Dr. Daniel P. Brown in the Mahamudra tradition, he has turned to researching the intersection between rigorous science and the world of higher states of consciousness, and is building tools based on the strengths of both worlds to facilitate human excellence and flourishing.
