Bodywork – Who am I within the ‘Global’?

IEC Conference: cancelled

In the beginning you realized you are not your body – although it needs to be healthy. Then it becomes clear, you are not your personality, either. Still, it needs to be healthy, too. Then what are you? If I take off all my clothes and roles, what’s left?
Who is experiencing exactly and what is experienced?
At a certain point it might be witnessing, not being involved, being aware and being outside: this is still only half way, it is duality. How can they all be ONE? How can the experience be experienced and witnessed at the same time, and even timeless in the moment?
This workshop helps to “zoom in” into the experience, feeling it totally and then “zoom out”, looking at it from outside, witnessing it, then connect these points of view.

As a pychologist I have devoted thousands of hours and tens of years of my life to self-knowledge in the psychological sense. But my experience has also taken me beyond the personal. Using dance therapy, yoga meditation, and perinatal foundations, I created a somatic self awareness group  method based on the body, on direct sensory experience, BODYWORK , which can touch on very early issues of the personality around conception and birth. And its nondual worldview can also get to the ultimate truth those who feel a calling beyond the personal. I am building a community The Bodywork Association, with 80 members, because I am convinced that the role of communities is growing today. My deepest goal, and that is why I am working tirelessly, is to give more people access to this method of self-awareness, so that people can become happier and freer in body, mind and spirit.
