The world is at a tipping point. It is burning in so many ways – ecologically, economically, societally, spiritually etc. – and is becoming more and more polarized. Thus being able to tip in any direction at any point. We are in need of a new style of leadership which can tackle the challenges we are facing from a higher level of consciousness. We are in desperate need of leaders who engage into an integral style. We are in desperate need to take action!

This keynote will provide useful practical applications and stories from my experiences as a serial entrepreneur for an integral leadership approach which starts with leading oneself from a profound fundament from within (I) through proven methods of self-leadership (It). This contributes to creating new role-models, values, and visions in the team, company, and community (We), thus influencing how we are shaping society and how we can effectively face the challenges of the 21st century with leaders who serve in an integral way (Its).
